I am extremely disappointed with the service. It has been around 10 days since I placed my order and completed the payment, but I still have not received my SIM card. The delivery service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The drivers are highly unprofessional, and there has been no proper update or communication regarding my order. This level of delay is completely unacceptable, especially after taking full payment in advance. I would not recommend this service to anyone

i give 3 Star only for this app because very long time for opening this app pls fix it and i give you good feedback and everytime i open sometimes logout my account fix it concern

اسوأ تطبيق اتصالات واسوأ خدمة عملاء ودعم، حتى تغطية الشبكة وخدمة الانترنت اسوأ خدمة بالمملكة العربية السعودية!! لا انصح فيها أبداً، توجد بدائل أفضل سعرا وخدمات ومميزات. The worst communication app, the worst customer service and technical support, and even the network coverage and internet service are the worst in Saudi Arabia! I do not recommend it at all, as there are better alternatives in terms of price, services and features.
